Exchange & Refunds

We hope that you are pleased with your Sophie Lis item, but if for any reason you are not then you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings, custom orders or items purchased during sale promotions.

Products must be returned in a new and unworn, untarnished condition in their original packaging with all tags intact.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and custom charges. We recommend that you use a traceable carrier or courier and retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Once we have received your returned or exchanged item, please allow up to 14 days for our team to process your request. It is unlikely, but in some circumstances, refunds may take up to 28 days to arrive in your bank account.

To return your item please e-mail info@sophielis.com quoting your invoice number, name and address, details of the product and the reason you wish to return the item(s). We will then contact you and advise you on how to proceed.
