Exchange & Refunds

We hope that you are pleased with your Sophie Lis item, but if for any reason you are not then you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We cannot accept returns on earrings, pre-orders, custom orders, gift cards or items purchased during sale promotions.

Products must be returned in a new and unworn, untarnished condition in their original packaging with all tags intact and be sent using a tracked and signed for service.

To complete your return, we require you to include your order number and proof of purchase.

Once we have received your returned or exchanged item, please allow up to 14 days for our team to process your request. It is unlikely, but in some circumstances, refunds may take up to 28 days to arrive in your bank account.

To return your item please e-mail info@sophielis.com quoting your invoice number, name and address, details of the product and the reason you wish to return the item(s). We will then contact you and advise you on how to proceed.
